Business Plan

The Parish Hall Business Plan shows the business priorities, funding needs and income streams of the Parish Hall. (Visit our Parish Hall Documents page to access our strategic, policy, and planning documents and reports)

The Parish Hall has two main business drivers
  • Support of the community (recreational, learning, social, well-being, infrastructural, health)
  • Finance and income to support the maintenance, improvements and running of the Hall.
The Parish Hall Committee aim to maintain a balance between these two drivers. To achieve this a range of activities and events are arranged throughout the year under the management of the Committee.

The annual programme of activities and events can each be located on a business model continuum. At one end activities having a strong focus on fund-raising whereas at the other end activities strongly linked to community priorities and needs. This is illustrated on the follow diagram.
